    I'm walking a tightrope into the moon. :)


    JULY WAS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING.

    & I finally found my song.


    1. Ryan Adams is insanely genius.
    2. Piano bars are amazing.
    3. Hearing her favorite song makes a girl smile.
    4. Hearing her favorite song played at a piano bar makes a girl the happiest girl in the room.
    5. Never give GK full access to energy drinks.
    6. OMG! Sarah's having a baby!!
    7. There's no such thing as sleeping when you're surrounded by 9 of your closest friends.
    8. Apparently, there really is a first time for everything.
    9. Bees can't make honey and sting at the same time.
    10. I stop to save turtles.
    11. Unintended sunrises are the best kind.
    12. The Fish House has the best shrimp & grits hands down!
    13. I'm humming like a jar full of lightning bugs & I'm all shook up like a quarter in a can!
    14. Grape snoballs are splentastic. (Watermelon ones, too)

    16. I still love the word "twitterpated".
    17. I don't mind the tourists so much anymore.
    18. Girls don't prefer tenderloins. Girls prefer ribeyes. Just saying, is all.

    21. I miss Texas. I may just miss the wide open roads...they have a way of making you feel free.

    23. I think I heard God talk to me for the first time leaving Meridian. I had a strange urge to buy a bottle of water even though I already had one in the jeep. As I'm leaving Walmart, this idiot is selling puppies by the stop sign. I roll down the window and asked him if they were thirsty and gave him the bottle of water I obviously didn't need. I may be reading too much into it.. I do that alot about things, but I do know that I was in a pretty chipper mood the rest of the trip home. Just saying, is all.
    24. There's nothing like a nice bottle of wine and a good book. That is, unless you add a hot tub to the equation.
    25. I think I finally did the impossible and picked a favorite ice cream: Butter Pecan (by Blue Bell, of course)

  • I love days like today.

    My day consisted of nothing but wasting time away on sugary sand between two hott brunettes. Jealous much?
    I know Jaymie is! Ha.

    I have a new favorite part of the beach...no more drunken traffic on front beach road!

    Today I got to use my iTunes on my phone for the first time since I moved down here...at least now I know it wasn't a complete waste of technology. Of course, I didn't remember I had  iTunes until 2 hours after we realized we didn't bring iPods or a stereo. Yep, that's the Courtney ya'll love.

    It was soooooo nice today & the water is starting to warm up. I want to learn to wakeboard & I also want to buy a kite. No, I'm not gay. But if I was, you'd like it. I kid, I kid.

    Our hunger got the best of us so we left the water around 5 & Mitz introduced us to this cafe' called "Mama's Place" & it is freakin-dilly amazing! Yeah, I just said that & no you can't use that word. I had the fried grouper sandwhich. It was my first taste of grouper & I have to say I really like fish.


    I'm tired of house hunting. :( I'm too dang picky.
    9 more days & a wake up!

    I miss a couple of ya'll... just one or two. ;)
